During the shutdown, Kim was assisting her friends and family create their dream business. She realized that she enjoyed helping others develop their dream business. She started Kim Brady Business Coaching. Kim helps her clients succeed by uncovering their blind spots, rediscover their dreams, and redefine how they want to manage their business.

Kim dives into the similarities of a sports team and choosing her employees. She discusses the importance of having a team you trust and rely on. She shares one of the most potent quotes she shares with all of her clients when they begin hiring team members, "Once you go from me to we, that responsibility of knowing you have to put food on someone else's table holds you very accountable to the goals you have."

Aside from coaching clients and soccer players, Kim advocates for equal rights and pay in the workforce (including athletes and coaches) for women and LGTBQ. She believes the competitive mindset women athletes learn at a young age will help them advocate for change.
